Job Description As an Inside Technical Sales Representative you will work with customers from their initial contact, qualifying them, assisting them, and facilitating the process through quoting, purchase order, and production. Essential Job Functions 30% - Field inbound calls, correspondence, questions and communications from prospects, identifying MAP (Money, Authority, and Pain) in order to facilitate a more efficient sales process. 30% - Work with engineering to generate technical quotes for nonstandard jobs, including: unusual carbon fiber structures, CNC custom cuts, and new product inventions. 30% - Place outbound follow-up calls or correspondence to prospects, returning all communications received in a timely manner. 10% - Receive and process customer orders for off the shelf and related carbon fiber products and input data, including orders into computer system. Qualifications Job Qualifications 3 years of sales experience. Associates degree in business or technical-related field. Familiar with and understands concepts of CAD, CNC, and engineering to be able to discuss with and present to customer. Proficient personal computer skills using Microsoft Office. Needs to be a team player.
